we took our Jayco there yesterday and John was a great help showed us what we were doing wrong ( the dealership couldn't even figure it out to tell us ) he did not charge us will definitely go back and I highly recommend A1 RV repair hard to find HONEST people these days thank you again John
From Bobbie on the phone to John great service. Was out in about 1 hour from phone call. Nice friendly people. 2018 outback. Fix my problem and even checked other stuff no charge. Even stayed and talked and told us about place to see and camp. Great people
We made an appointment two weeks ahead. I explained we had a mobile home and needed some copper work for our shower. This same man gave us a card in October telling us to call anytime. He didn't show up, he called from right outside and said he didn't do mobile homes. That's not what he said in October. It was very cold the day of the appointment, he could have said it was too cold and we would have understood. But he got nasty and said if he fixed our place he would have to fix them all.(????)
