A1 roofing does not honor their warranty. They were very eager and persistent when they quoted me and did the work but a few months after the roof was installed an end cap and some tiles fell off during a rain storm. I’ve called probably over 10 times now and I have not gotten a call back. This is my last resort other than calling the BBB. Don’t let them give you an estimate. It’s hard to get them out of your home once they’re there. It’s difficult to talk them down.
Finally, they got somebody in their company who is concerned and professional about taking care of my problems. Everything has been fixed and resolved, and it Seems the company is on the right path. Thank you for getting to my issues and getting it fixed. Good luck in the future.
