We are incredibly happy (and impressed) with the work Dan and his guys have done! Dan worked within our ideas and desires to refit our basement, adding a 3/4 bathroom, storage room, and maintenance access, as well as refinishing the office and living space post-flooding damage. We spend a lot of time in our basement and Dan understood that, and created a comfortable and beautiful new space down there. Very happy with the A1 Quality Construction team. Dan was professional, and his team was punctual. About two weeks prior to the scheduled start date, Dan called us to inform us that the material prices had increased considerably, AND THAT HE WAS WILLING TO REFUND 100% OF OUR DEPOSIT if the price increase exceeded our budget.
