Sam the general Manager went above and beyond to make sure that when I picked my vehicle up I would leave a smile i did just that he was a whole vibe and very attentive also thanks to Tommy the awesome mechanic who made sure my vehicle was safe to drive I appreciate both of you
I made a very big mistake and took my Chevy Express van to this repair shop for a transmission problem. They recommended a $6,000 rebuild. When I picked it up, I still had the exact same problem. I took my vehicle back twice for them to correct the problem and they failed. I took it to a Chevy dealership and they said I needed to replace parts the transmission shop claimed they installed and it would have been done under manufacturer warranty. A-1 fixed my car about 5 months ago and they were kind with great costumer service. They replaced the engine within one week during a holiday week and still fixed it in time. 10 out of 10 service i don't have any issue from the engine and walked away with a smile.
