I made a very big mistake and took my Chevy Express van to this repair shop for a transmission problem they recommended a $6,000 rebuild. When I picked it up I still had the exact same problem I took my vehicle back twice for them to correct that problem and they failed. I took it to a Chevy dealership they said I needed to replace parts the transmission shop claim they installed and it would have been done under manufacturer warranty. Headaches after headaches at this shop , I paid 4800$ for a rebuild tranny with 12 month warranty , didn’t even last me a week had to bring it back and PAY the tow my self , they claimed it wasn’t the tranny and insisted it was the trans cooler , they got another 800$ bucks out of me , truck broke down on me again not even a month later they didn’t want to cover it with warranty, and now saying it’s Trans cooler not knowing I had receipt that the job was done by them and now saying it’s the lines , wouldn’t They do that the ... read more
