Best of the best, period. We hired James to investigate a slight transient odor -- sometimes noticeable, sometimes not. Our worry was that it might indicate mildew, but James quickly identified it as a VOC emissions issue from the spar varnish used on our floors. He offered a course of action to "clear the air" and -- bingo!, we can breathe again. His visit was punctual, thorough, and superbly professional. You won't regret hiring him; we can't recommend him highly enough.
