Very nice guy with extremely poor property management skills and ethics. Do not waste your time and money with such fake business.
Current tenant here 🙋🏻♀️ Let me start out by saying, this company is awful. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Ever. We had a 3rd party inspection of the property so we could renew our lease. Everything went smoothly until the inspector told us there were multiple things the owner had to fix to be in compliance. Since then, we’ve tried to reach out multiple times but haven’t gotten any responses. I’m just assuming we’re on a month to month now?
