We’ve been renting the same house through A1 for 6 years. They are very responsive in a timely/efficient manner to any problems/questions we have. Thank you to the company for doing a great job.
Outstanding property! We had an amazing week with our entire family, and extended family. The house is beautiful, and has lots of wonderful amenities.
We have rented the Namaste beach house at Kure Beach with A1 Property Management a few years in a row. The house has been updated, is great for our family, and well stocked. A1 interaction is easy and clear. Their rental terms are great as well.
Our stay at Seaside Jewel was on another level! This property has been decorated beautifully with every amenity and detail carefully considered to create the ultimate beach experience for the entire family. The bunk beds and playroom were such a fun area for our kids, as well as the mini golf in the back yard and the fire table with ample and stylish seating was perfect for roasting marshmallows. We hope to return to this beautiful house with our family and friends. Seaside Jewel at Kure Beach is an absolute must.
We had a wonderful stay at 13 Palms in Carolina Beach. A1 Property Management was incredibly communicative and responsive both before and during our trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great time and are already looking forward to booking again next year!
