Overall, this was a wonderful, beautiful, well equipped home! I gave it five stars because under normal circumstances, it would’ve deserved that. However, we found out the hard way that they were doing a reclamation process while we were there. And for some reason, Ground Zero for the days we were there was right in front of our house. we were looking for a property in the Wilmington area to meet my son and his fiancé and family and watch the marathon he was running in. This place worked out fine. Close enough but still was a great experience of the intercostal environment and a beautiful spot without a lot of people to work around. Company was very easy to work with and responsive in a very timely manner when the electric lock batteries to the front door were dying.
