I hired this service to do snow removal on my property. We had a very heavy snow fall and I thought that this company would of been a good choice. I had to keep calling to see if they were going to show up. They didn't show up until the next day with one guy with a shovel and did a horrible job. I had to redo it just to be able to get out of my driveway . The wheelchair ramp was still covered with snow . Very dangerous for my disabled husband. Don't use this company for snow removal

Very disappointing first impression and poor customer service When I was new to the area, I approached one of this company’s trucks during a snowstorm to ask if they were accepting new customers for plow services. The drivers were sitting in their truck in the Metro parking lot taking a break, and instead of showing any courtesy, they were dismissive and rude — even though I was on foot in harsh weather. We had A1 come in to do a job for us yesterday. They were just awesome! Very happy with the work they did and everything came in on budget. Thanks to the whole crew for taking care of us and saving my back :)
