Awful experience - worst ever encountered. This guy brought his wife along and the 2 of them tore through the house with him chattering non-stop. Insisted on accessing areas through non-conventional means, resulting in plaster/drywall damage. The most nit-picky minutia that you could possible imagine was included in this report. We've used inspectors many times and never have seen anything like this.
