Very nice community. Property is kept clean and neat. Property manager is on top of any issues that may arise and handles them in a professional manner. Apartment is spacious. Location is convenient to shopping, dining, the beach and Highway 31 for quick access to areas North and South of Myrtle Beach proper. Have enjoyed living here and just renewed for another year 😀.
Friendly, and nice and quiet. Doing their best to bring the place up to date.
We love living here. Its close to everything, they keep it clean and quite. If you have any maintenance problems they fix it fast. Super helpful with any issues you may have. Never have any problems with parking unlike some apartment you rent. I definitely recommend them hands down!
Great place to live, no complaints since moving in! Very friendly property manager and very fast to give any answers you need!
