A-1 did an outstanding job removing a huge many branched tree. They had all the equipment , practiced safety , were efficient and well trained, particularly the gentleman in the man- lift bucket who also ran the tree stump grinder. All worked very hard and were polite and mannerly. Site was well cleaned afterward and everyone participated. Amazing to watch and to deal with. Price was very fair.We are glad we chose them..
I had a very disturbing and unprofessional experience with this company. I contacted them to come give me a bid for some tree work at my home. When the owner, Henry, arrived, he appeared to be extremely under the influence — slurring his words and unable to speak clearly. After he left, I found what looked like a broken piece of an arrow on my lawn. When I picked it up, I discovered it had been turned into a homemade crack pipe. Beware, make sure you get your invoice before they start work. When it was time to pay, the amount changed from original amount. We built a home on a handshake. Not with them. They tore up our landscaped crushed stoned path down to our lake. Originally, they said they would clean up any damage. When we told them about it. They said they wouldn’t do anything about it and hung up on us. Bad business, Never again They started out to be nice, But this is how it ended up
They returned my call. Came out and gave me a very fair bid. Showed up when they said they would and cleaned up afterwards!
