I had a very disturbing and unprofessional experience with this company. I contacted them to come give me a bid for some tree work at my home. When the owner, Henry, arrived, he appeared to be extremely under the influence — slurring his words and unable to speak clearly. Beware, make sure you get your invoice before they start work. When it was time to pay, the amount changed from original amount. We built a home on a handshake. Not with them. They tore up our landscaped crushed stoned path down to our lake. Originally, they said they would clean up any damage. When we told them about it. They said they wouldn’t do anything about it and hung up on us. Bad business, Never again They started out to be nice, But this is how it ended up
They returned my call. Came out and gave me a very fair bid. Showed up when they said they would and cleaned up afterwards!
Great service!! Their team worked seamlessly for hours and everyone was focused on accomplishing the job. I was especially impressed with their attention to safety, both for themselves and our property.
