Regardless if the work was completed after your estimate. You were incredibly unprofessional, rude and obnoxious when speaking with us. EVERY TIME! Furthermore it didn't stop you from ignoring our attempts to contact you and in my opinion you are a very underhanded business person. Good day sir.

I should’ve known this place was shady when Craig talked my ear off for 5 minutes about how much better and honest they are than competitors AFTER we agreed to the appointment. When someone goes on and on about their honesty and integrity for no reason it should be a red flag. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Came for 15 minutes, broke the front wall of the jacuzzi while taking it apart, charged for the inspection 418$ saying it will be deducted from the fixing cost, just to come back asking for 1,800$ for a minor problem to fix. I tried calling a few numbers on their list of 11 "branches" listed on their website after that absurdly priced visit, to ask how much is an inspection since I knew they scammed us for the visit price.
