I scheduled our pool water delivery in advance and received a call about 6 hours before our delivery was scheduled to let me know that they were not going to deliver to us today because they got a request from a larger customer at the last minute and they were going to take care of them over us. I have never dealt with a business that was this unprofessional. I don't even know what else to say about this conduct.
We were scheduled to receive a load of pool water as we were finally, after many setbacks, getting our pool installed and then canceled on us at the last minute to take another client instead! Now we have pool installers here an no water. Very frustrating!
RecommendedThis is a very friendly and professional company. They filled my pool yesterday., When the driver showed up I was trying to figure out how to install the liner around the steps. The driver quickly offered to show me and even helped. I couldn't thank him enough for his help. If you need your pool filled this is who you need to have do it.
I'm going to start this by saying Scott and the ladies on the phone were very professional and respectful. the pool also looks good. Now with that being said, the old man that came with Scott was very rude, condescending, and just all around a jerk. he asked questions but didn't listen to answers, he refused twice to give me his name. He had gotten out some racist remarks before my fiance shut him down. there's more that can be said but none of it is good. That man ruined anything good I can say about this company.
We got our pool water delivered bright and early this morning! They were super friendly and quick to serve. The kids loved watching their new pool be filled up. I felt like the price was very reasonable and will use this company again! Thanks!!
Extremely pleased with the service we got today! Jen was so nice and there was no delay getting us on the schedule for today- Less than 24 hour notice. The guy that came out was so helpful and didn’t mind sticking around to help us get everything together! 😊 5 stars for sure!
Called to qet a quote and found A1 to be a few hundred dollars less than the local company that I had called. Got scheduled and said they would arrive between a certain time and they actually showed up a few hours early. Great service and glad I was recommend A1!

Came yesterday to deliver our water! Actually swam in the water the same day! Water was crystal clear and ready to go! Highly recommend
