Amazing service! We dropped the phone off at 845pm & it was ready by 9am. This really helped as my guy runs a business that makes his phone vital to him. Thanks so much!
The guy was nice and service was fast. The only problem was that when he replaced the back of my S23 Ultra the glue didn't stick. Back came off like a month after installation. When that happened I discovered 4 screws on the inside where loose 3 of the where completely out. I was really disappointed but decided not to contact them again.

Literally saved my life! My screen went black and I was so sad because I didn't know my iCloud password. He also gave me some great advice about iCloud and explained that I could add a trusted number, just in case! He said "prepare yourself for the worst because we may need to factory reset it." But when he came out he told me "great news!" Very nice family owned business. I'm so grateful he was there to literally save my phone first thing in the morning!
