The representative Sandy was profoundly helpful with picking the perfect tile and mosaic for our floor and fireplace, respectively. She also recommended some installers, one of which we eventually selected to perform the installation. Absolutely satisfied with the customer service and attention to my order from Brittany and Sandy. They took the time to help me select the perfect tiles and we're updating me every step of the way on shipment times and arrivals. To extend even more of their customer service they followed up with me after all items were received to check in and see how the project was going and that all materials were good to go.
