I did not realize my passport would expire while I was traveling. I called Omar and he took it from there. He told me the 5 items I needed. He helped me with the application on a Friday morning. On Monday afternoon, my renewed passport was ready and I picked it up Tuesday. Omar and his staff know what they are doing!

Worked with Amirah to get my passport to Brazil. Took about 2 weeks (which is what I anticipated). Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the fees were about 1/3 of what competitor services charged (seriously). Definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a visa.
