I initially booked a service for a group of 8 people at a set price confirmed by staff. However, when we arrived, the staff unexpectedly raised the price, denied us the agreed-upon service, and handled the situation very unprofessionally—including yelling at our group. This was a disappointing and frustrating experience, especially after we had made plans based on their earlier commitment. Love this nail shop. They do great nails and are helpful and friendly. Whether I’m getting something simple like a gel manicure or I want something special for an outing Nicole aces it every time. She even helps me get my mom out of the house and to the nail shop, which is not very easy! I bring my whole family here and everyone is happy and satisfied with their nails.
Relaxing and clean environment. The nail artist is very capable when it comes to doing the designs you ask for. Great experience overall.
i got some nail art done by helen - it was terrible. the lines were shaky and the french tip was to big. i kept on asking over and over again if she could fix them, but she didn't. in the end i absolutely hated them and i dont think i can do anything about it because i am going on vacation tomorrow. also, to add she had told me the price was $50 and i was ok with that, but when it came time to charge me she said it was $60 and when i asked her she gave me no explanation (she only said "oh i meant 60")
