Had an absolute terrible experience here when I went to get my nails done. I had the lady named Cindy. She was not careful while using the machine to sand down my nails. She kept burning my finger tips and she gave me a cut on almost each finger. It was very painful to sit through that. Even after I told her it was hurting, she kept doing it repeatedly instead of being more careful. She seemed to be in a rush. My nails were not filed good either.
This is the salon I always visit,, I often receive compliments on my nails thanks to them. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and they always do a wonderful job!
Came here to do my nails a few times and I was not satisfied each time. Some of the ladies don’t file your nails in the shape you ask for. Even after I asked them to fix them it still wasn’t done right. And every time I come they have me waiting around for 20 mins even after I book my appointments in advance.
I have been going to A1 nails for a few years now and they always do such a great job. This is the only nail place I go to because they are so consistent! The staff are so friendly and Wendy is great. Would recommend!!!
