Made an appointment the day prior for an mani and pedi. From the time I walked in the door to picking out my polish color to being seated for the pedicure, she finished in 26 minutes! The manicure followed and that was 13 minutes! There was no effort in any way shape or form put into these two services by the stylist. Mom was charged $25 for a nail redo which was due to the their error - she asked for clear polish with white French tips but received heavy pink polish with white tips instead. She didn't want to wait for another hour the same day to get them redone, so when she came back a week later for the redo, half way through the appointment, tech tells her redo would cost $25 - when original color was their error and they invited her to come back and get them redone due to their error. I have been getting my nails done at another local place for years. They do great nails but they nickel and dimmed me for every stupid thing. Recently I had enough! I got a french manicure with multi colored tips. The normal price for a french is 60. She charged me 80 ok! I decided to try another salon. I walked into A1 and showed the girl a pinterest picture.
