I’ve seen so many different professionals for ongoing back and neck issues, but after just one session with Grant, I felt a huge amount of relief from the tension in those areas. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also gave me some helpful exercises to do between sessions and lots of strategies and tips to help with other issues too. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!
Grant is a fantastic practitioner!! Has really helped my shoulder mobility. Dry needling together with trigger point is magic!
