The lack of service, from the man working the front counter is unprofessional does not listen and did not order the right part for our Toro 2022 mower. Giving him all the information and pictures of the part we need. He did order a part, and it was the wrong part again. We found the part from a Toro Mower and ordered it. We called and told him we found it and he refused to refund our $250.00 what had paid. We were told by him we went down the wrong road. I would never do business with them. I purchased a toro model 22282 battery powered self propelled lawnmower and it is by far the best 21 inch mower I’ve ever owned including a commercial snapper lawnmower which I just gave to my son. The staff at A1 Mowers are awesome. I live in Boise and I got better service in Pocatello and I would buy from them again.
Needed a chainsaw chain sharpened, and brought it in. Rather than make me come back they immediately took it back and got it done for me...was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Absolutely Awesome service.
No one does it better than A1-Mowers baby! From start to finish they took care of my needs and more. I’ve never owned a better machine. Don’t waste your time shopping around town go down to A1 for the best machines you’ll find here in East Idaho!
