Awesome customer service bought my first Ferris zero turn yesterday really like the mower thanks Matt and mason
I took my Stihl Chainsaw in because it had been smoking. I dealt with Mason and he was great! He figured out the problem and replaced the chain. Explained to me what happened. Price was fine, too! I also met Matt who was great! This is a third generation store! You guys are needed for this place so keep up the good work! Thank you!
I was going to leave these guys alone, but not now. called and got a price for the work I wanted done, Dropped off the mower. next day was informed my bill was double the amount I was given over the phone, because they decided to do extra work before consulting me, and they think this is a completely normal way to conduct business. decided it wasn't worth the argument anymore, paid them, picked up my mower, and it worked for about 30 minutes before the entire thing broke. and even when it ran for the 30 minutes, it ran worse... read more
They do good work and excellent machines mowers and things … helped me out when time where tuff had to paid the price though bought all my machines trimmer mowers and snow blowers etc. replacement parts seem expensive but the shipping is the killer very high compared to others
