Worked with Sam for about a month until the bike finally arrived at the dealership. The entire time he was responsive and extremely friendly, always willing to help out with what he could. My enthusiasm to get the bike and start toting could only be matched by his own enthusiasm regarding delivering the best experience he could. His knowledge and ease navigating the process was never in question, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
