I go there for WOF and I like the fact you don't have to wait for too long, and the prices are good. So overall I'm happy customer. I think communication could have been better, as sometimes I don't understand the mechanic..

I got my engine oil and filter changed here. They accepted me without a booking and did the job right away, which I appreciated. However, it cost me $138, which was much higher than I expected. Based on my research, I thought it would be around $90 at most. I should have asked about the price beforehand. Last time, I used their service for a different issue and found their pricing reasonable, which is why I came back. But after this experience, I might not return.
