Do NOT use this guy! Had him check my AC unit and he concluded the unit needed to be replaced. He took the information needed and then said he would send in a ticket for a replacement under warranty. I did not hear from him for almost a month at which I then called him and he stated my ac had already been registered by another owner. And then proceeded to sale me a unit.
