A1 detailed our truck that had been smoked in heavily prior to us and he got it looking and smelling brand new again! He is very professional, and does the best car / truck detailing that I have personally experienced.
He was friendly enough and communicated well when he was late. It all went downhill from there.... He arrived and did the initial walk around, and I told him my expectations of a car dealership FULL detail as I was selling the car. He confirmed and confirmed the price. Fast forward to the car being "Done. "... He didn't wax or buff... anything. He replied he thought I meant just a spray wax. And that is all he did. Spray with a hose and squirt shine on things.
