This storage unit has been great for the last year that we ve used them. We got the unit last year and have been happier with them than anywhere else we ve ever had a storage unit. They re run by Dale Willey, who I ve also had great experiences with. The units are large, with tall ceilings and really heavy steel doors. This was the WORST business Ive ever encountered! First, when we were trying to use the unit, it was locked. This was after we told them the date we needed it, after we paid for it and signed the contract. So we attempted to call them. No one picked up the phone after we called about a dozen times so we had to make a trip to their office. Then, they told us that the prorated amount was a certain amount but then we received a bill in the mail for 81 cents.
