This was my first time renting a storage unit. I was very nervous on how everything worked. They made the process very simple and smooth. Plus when I called about any questions I had they were very respectful and as well helpful. I know when I move again one day this will be my go to place. Thank you guys!
Rented a unit a couple different times from this company and would highly recommend! Their communication is next level, clean areas, and user friendly sites are just a couple things that keep pulling me in. If there was a unit closer to where I lived, I would use them again!
Chris has been fantastic to work with. I am moving to the forest lake area and have found their prices to be fair but the customer service provided by Chris to be above and beyond. From prompt communication to helping me find solutions to problems I have, Chris/ gopher state storage have been fantastic. All communication been been digital and honestly. I prefer that to in person… Thanks again guys!
