Shane has serviced my system since I purchased this home in 2013, and he always does an outstanding job. Was very happy to have him come today as it is getting hot.
Michael was thorough and efficient. Very informative
He did a great job. He was so polite and explained everything to me. I had call the A1 office to let know the furnace filter size but no one from the office told him. It’s not his fault that the filter didn’t fit.
Chad Harper is a great technician - he completes the task and knows the workings of AC and Furnace. He has fixed some things that a previous tech did not. I appreciate his expertise and is friendly and knowledgeable about his job.
