Very accommodating. I rang through on very short notice for Rego Check. Mechanics made time to fit me in. Was very knowledgeable and provided information on other issues found. Able to assist with further repairs in short turn around. Very personable, great customer service.
My Mother's car was towed here on Sunday evening after a break down between Orange Hospital and Canowindra, Darren had the car fixed and ready for pick up 10am Monday morning at a very fair price. Quoted a 270$ service over the phone and confirmed verbally in the office the same day. I received a bill for 1050$, NOT quoted hence not previously approved. He took a yes over the phone to replace the pads for a: replace pads AND rotors(English is not my first language and I thought I heard only pads-not an excuse I know). 300$ of troubleshoooting a problem they claimed they replicated in a dubious way but could't fix it(I mentioned the revs would occasionally go up when stopping).
