I was told at booking I would get a Chrysler 300 they showed up with a Lincoln town car. when I called about it owner was very rude I simply said they should let customers know at booking that they get what's available don't falsely advertise. people have expectations for what they pay for and he yelled at & hung up on me I will never use this service again because of how he chose to handle my small complaint Sir please get off what ever drugs you are on!! I was looking for a limousine service for a simple evening with sweetheart and the staff and Larry went above and beyond. The memories will not be soon forgotten and I now have James and Larry on speed dial. I look forward to more occasions and I know I will be able to count them. A1 was great, as we utilized their services for a daddy/daughter dance and dinner. James, the owner, quickly got in touch with me after I submitted my request. Communication was solid, and our driver Larry was very professional. No complaints, only great service.
