I dropped off my weed trimmer. They returned to me in the same condition I dropped it off and charged me $20 to look at it. It still doesn’t work. I understand auto shops have a diagnosis fee - and this essentially was what I paid - but I wasn’t warned that there was a $20 fee for them to look at it. Worse shop everywhere he stole my tool said he don't have it after he took my ticket from another tool I brought that same day I recommend to people not to go there he's no good
