I put my mower in for repair, got it back after 3 weeks and it had a oil leak, it cost me $350 for a mower that I can’t use and they have promised repeatedly to come out and pick it up. I haven’t seen them and it’s been two weeks. Save yourself time and $$ don’t go there.
Will not use this guy ever again he lied to me and my friend and scam me out of $350 and didn’t do nothing to my lawnmower and stole parts off my lawn mower! And when I confronted him about it and asked for a refund, he cussed me out and told me to get off his property. Don’t use the shade tree mechanic go to another shop.
Possibly one of the worse businesses I have ever dealt with. Was given a quote of 120. Once the work was completed I was billed 315. I was not given the opportunity to authorize the expensive repairs. They know how to scam elderly people. Go else where because you are not gonna spend any less here than at a reputable company.
He tried to charge $120 to repair a lawn mower that wouldn't have been worth $75 if it would start, which it still wouldn't. I refused payment, and let him keep the hunk of junk. He got mad and cussed me out. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.
