Your delivery men are so professional! They were very nice to me and my dog and they didn’t ding up my new drywall. They were also on time even though we had a snowstorm today. The appliance I bought was my second one with your company and it’s in excellent condition, very good value. Thank you for delivering all the way to Bath, it was well worth the fee!

A huge thanks to A1 LA Used Appliances. By suggestion of friends, I looked more into what was actually wrong with our dryer. With the help of YouTube, I took out the heating element assembly. I called ahead to A1, to see if they sold the part, because it was going to be a rather expensive fix if I had gone with new parts. They told me to bring in the whole assembly, and they'd test the components to make sure I didn't spend money I didn't have to.
