As a real estate agent working with first time home buyers, when you get to the inspection, this is where the buyers can have a panic attack because every little thing is being pointed out to them. Carmine is the absolute best at home inspections. He is unrealistically thorough with his work, communicated in a timely manner and returned the report the day after inspection. Just to give you an idea on how thorough he is, I received a 34 page report for the 3 year old home i was purchasing. The second home I used him for was 70+ years old and my report was 55 pages long. The sellers were a bit annoyed with the duration of the inspection but that’s what happens when you have a good inspector.
Carmine was the most amazing guy! He was so thorough and took time to take pictures of every little detail and give us information that needed to be fixed now and stuff that will need to be fixed down the road! As first time home buyers he gave us so many tips to be successful homeowners! I would recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing home inspector!!!
Carmine is the best home inspector I’ve ever worked with. He’s incredibly thorough, detailed, and is passionate about what he does. He inspected two homes for us and was great each time; he explained everything in great detail both in person and in his written report. We highly recommend him!
