The system was put in 2013 & the handler in the attic was put in wrong, from the time I had the system it leaked, the water pan in the attic over flowed due to not installing the items to cease the leak. Now I have to purchase a new system in 2024!! They did a terrible job. It's hard to get someone to put in the work for the pay they want.

These are good folks! They fixed my Lennox system for 1/3 of what Jackson and Sons quoted. In the heart of the summer, they worked out in the heat for 3 days as they received the parts, and brought my family cooling relief!
A little cheaper on the freon but the highest service call.and for what they want for a service call I can get a cord of wood that last till next year. Sorry I'm going back to using the fireplace
