Patrick has done several quality jobs for us. He is knowledgeable, professional and patient. He explains the work plans in detail and then executes the job with enthusiasm and provides the results you expect. He has done some electrical work, refaced brick fireplace with granite tiles and constructed a beautiful mantle. He also did other minor work like texturing the wall, installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors including electrical wiring.
Patrick and A1 Handyman Service have done three jobs for our condominium association, and more are planned. He has shown us that quality work and doing things right are what we can count on from him and his company. That's much more important than the cheapest bid. Not only that, he is very friendly and more than willing to explain things with great detail. Highly recommended!
