The worst example of a qualified professional I have ever experienced. Everything I had concerns with, he played down and now I am in a building plagued with the issues that I voiced concern and questioned about during the inspections. My recommendation......Run!
This company is highly unresponsive. Wouldn't speak to me over the phone about getting the wind mitigation & 4-point. Simply said, "email me and I'll get to it". Very unprofessional and slow to get reports out.
I had Kirk from A1 general come out to inspect my home as part of the selling process. We bought our home as a new build (2017), it has been very well maintained and we’re never home so I wasn’t anticipating much activity. To say I was floored when we received Kirk’s inspection stating we needed almost 3k in repairs was an understatement and I immediately knew something was foul about him and this company. Kirk from A1 General Home Inspection Inc was sent to inspect my home by a buyer. He demonstrated total lack of knowledge/ Honesty or both. His report included a washing machine he said malfunctioned. The malfunction was him forcefully beating on the buttons, when pressing the buttons the machine works perfectly. He mentioned the Microwave did not operate while it operates perfectly.
