Job not completed, window screens,bbq cover, exhaust outlets on house, painting and electrical not done and unavailable.they never called back and haven't heard from them ever since the hail storm.
9/24/23 we had a bad hailstorm in Round Rock. We were devastated at the damage that our property had endured. All of our solar panels, roof, windows, fencing, and personal items were ruined, I had never experienced a hailstorm like the one we went through that night, The next morning I posted pictures on FB and my solar guy reached out to me and he was telling me about A1 General Contractors. I live off Sam Bass Road in Round Rock, after the hailstorm in Sept 2023. I hired them to fix my roof and take care of other damage. They promised to handle everything, but after starting and getting paid upfront by insurance company for overhead and profit they left the work list incomplete. The did this to several people in the area, and I heard they didnt even bring the window screens back to one person. Poor communication and unfulfilled promises. After a bad hailstorm in Round Rock in September 2023, they were supposed to finish work on my house, my in-laws' house, and a neighbor's. They only completed part of the tasks and left my in-laws with several unfinished jobs. Initially, I was in contact with Andrew, but he stopped responding, and I later found out he quit and said the owner, Andre, owed him money.
