I contacted A1 after dealing with my garage door slamming shut/not closing at all. Sam came out and let me know the company that installed my door cheaped out on the spring and installed one that wasn’t great for the weight of my door. He first fixed the issue but explained that it’ll keep happening due to the spring. I had him install a new one. My garage door closes as smooth as butter now. Great service!
Anthony Gonzales was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Did an excellent job.
Cody was very professional, listened to my description of the problem, showed all the options for resolving my problem, and then not trying to upsell my decision. Wish more service technicians were as good as Cody, and as ethical and understanding. Will continue to use this company for the foreseeable future!
