My technician Jordan did an excellent job. I had a garage spring fail and Jordan with A1 came and reviewed my options. He was extremely knowledgeable and he did all the work I needed done on the garage door and sensors.
Nathan Fritz did an excellent job. Over priced in my Opinion though. 5 star for Nathan 3 star for the price.
Nathan was very down to earth. He explained the issues going on with my garage door so I could easily understand. He was very prompt with arrival and didn’t take very long for the areas he had to fix. I’d recommend the company and I’d highly rrecommend Nathan.
Isaac was great! Installed new rubber on very large door and even troubleshot the seam to ensure best possible closure.
Phil was friendly and accommodating. Listened well and assessment was right on.
