Carlos came out to provide maintenence on my 2-car grarage door. I recently purchased the 2-year old home and had no issues except noise. Carlos was great, explained the issue was a loose chain and also a couple other issues I hadn’t considered. He was very thorough and professional. A1 has always provided excellent service.
It was a good experience
Although the initial service call was scheduled for the next day, now that I am having trouble with that door, I can’t get service for a week! I can’t say that I am happy with the lack of urgency from A1. Calling them keeps you on hold for 20 minutes!
Jason was 100% professional. He did an amazing job and walked me thru all of the information that I needed to get logged in and how the app works. A1 is outstanding
Did a good job... was on time ..& explained well what was done. Will use A-1 again if needed.
