Very patient and thorough going through issues with my door.
Friendly guy. Fixed the problem and tested many times. Great job.
Dillon was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind.
Jonathan, the tech was great. I knew it was a logic board replacement issue from going through the manual troubleshooting section. There is a light blink that indicates the issue. I told A1 twice to be sure the tech brought a logic board. He arrived without the board. No charge but a week or so delay. The customer service is accessible, professional and told me the quickest way to get the board but this particular business process wastes time and energy.
