Michael is a great Technical person. He explain everything to me while he was installing the new unit also help me understand the garage door system. If I have any more problems with my garage door, I would like to have Michael back to the work.

Our 26 year old garage door opener stopped performing its usual duties. We called A1 Garage Door Co. and they sent a technician out on a Saturday. Luckily for us, Tanner had a solution. He explained our options and was able to save us some money as we replaced the old unit with new technology and quieter parts. He worked diligently (in the Texas heat) and got us back in business. He was knowledgeable, explained the process well, and followed up with us to tweak a couple of minor issues. We're very satisfied with the results.
