Garage door springs failed on a Saturday, causing bracket and door damage. Made an online appointment, tech arrived Sunday afternoon. Hendrick was very thorough, walked me through the issues, hands on to understand the issues, gradually walked through a few attempts to remedy with me at lowest repair coast possible. Unfortunately, none were suitable and therefore required complete replacement of torsion, spring cables and new/relocated bracket. A significant amount of labor went into the repair.
