Excellent service! I highly recommend this company. Technician Jeremy may have saved my life! A bracket holding up the coil was half way out of the wall with only one small screw holding the plate onto the wall. He found many other problems with the door that had safety issues and fixed them. Shout out to very nice Garrett who shepherded me through the process of obtaining materials and signing me up for their annual service inspections, which makes me worry- free about getting mangled in my garage when something goes very w... read more
called A1 at 10AM and they set an appointment for the following day. I asked if there was any way they could come the same day and they found an open time slot. The work was done professionally and 6 hours after I called, the repair was completed. I consider this great customer service!
