No bad things to say! Jon is a breath of fresh air! Finally found a guy, at a company, loves what he does,researches the issue( actually listens to the entire story, ). He is very professional. From the phone call scheduling to the service provided, I honestly feel like part of a new family and gaining a new friend. On the phone with the ladies setting up the appointments and times was a pleasant experience as far as being treated with respect, the way it should be. Marc was amazing! He was very helpful & knowledgeable about a new motor for my automatic garage door. He took the time to help explain how the new system worked & helped me with the online setup. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with garage door issues.
