Ernesto arrived promptly on a Sunday morning. Even brining us lattes! He replaced our outdated garage motor and lift, installed keypad, helped us program 2 garage door buttons in our vehicles and helped us program the phone app for remote access. Great customer service, friendly support. I recommend working with Ernesto and A1 Garage Doors!
Chase was absolutely phenomenal! Professional, on time, efficient and friendly. This is the second time I have used A1, first time in Reno and they continue to deliver exceptional service. Could not ask for more from a garage door company. They offer you good, better, best pricing but I have never felt pressured to buy one thing over another. Chase also took the time to explain things to me as he went which I really appreciated. Give Chase a raise! He is a great representative of your company.
