Your technician Justin was great. But you guys really need to warranty your work. You were out here a year and a half ago and all of a sudden my door is 30 pounds out of balance and it ruined my garage door opener which you wanted to charge me $1900 to replace. I replaced it for $249 at Home Depot.
Steve and Jordan were great. Extremely professional and shared the science behind determining correct motor sizes and selecting the correct spring sizes based on weight. This was my best experience with a garage door company.
Brian is excellent. Great at troubleshooting and expert technician!
