My initial understanding was that the service call would be $29.00. Patrick was quick to tell me at the outset that there were two options $189.00 and $194.09. The $29.00 was also an added cost! He also provided "education" that my door had exceeded its lifespan, but that replacing it would be up to me. Despite everything, I believe he did a good job and provided adequate warning that some vital parts were worn out and would need to be replaced.
Dyllan was great - worked quickly and kept us very informed every step of the way.
Good appt. Just a bit pricey.
Fantastic great company, great service. Jeff was very professional. I highly recommend them.
