Called the day before to get the tune up special. I asked what was included and was stated that it was lube, checking tracks, Tightening brackets and screws, Tightening the belt on the opener, makeing sure opener is properly working and cables and springs lubricated. I was out specifically on the phone if I had any issues and I said the only thing that I know is that my belt for my opener is loose and she had stated yes I’ll be able to take care of that for you.
